Another advantage with working though an staffing agency is that part-time work can often turn into full-time employment. Getting a temporary job at a company gives you a chance to demonstrate to that company your abilities and worth. You also get a chance to see if the employer is a place you’d like to work as well. Be sure to check and review any employment contracts to see if this is a possibility (some agencies don’t allow it or charge the employer a fee).
